Included: Washer + Dryer, dishes, utensils, pots/pans, misc kitchen items, small appliances, TV’s, patio furniture, decor, couch, chairs, end tables, coffee tables. All mattresses are in a zippered/waterproof protector which cannot be removed.

Not Included: LINENS (towels, sheets, bedding, pillows, blankets, dish towels), cleaning supplies, vacuum.

If your property has grass, we take care of the weekly mowing and landscape maintenance. The sprinkler system is automated.

Tenant pays: utilities, cable TV, and internet. Some select properties include a portion of utilities.

Read the property descriptions. Each neighborhood offers something different. Some properties include free access to a swimming pool, fitness center, dog park, pickle ball court, splash pad, playground, and more.
